Here’s a glimpse at some of the gastronomic-goodies being served at 2015’s Sneak Peak…
  • Basils on Market will be serving Asian Braised Short Rib over Fresh Lo Mien and Marinated Vegetables
  • The Caroline will be serving Espresso Rubbed Sirloin Steak
  • Coco’s Bistro will be serving Winter Spinach Salad: Baby Spinach, Rosemary Whipped Goat Cheese, Chili De Arbol, Candied Pecans, Blackberry Vinagrette, Candied Orange Zest
  • Crazy Mango
  • The Deli will be serving The Mini Railman (pastrami, salami, turkey, bacon, brown mustard, and cheddar cheese on rye bread)
  • The Dock will be serving Lobster Bisque and Crab Dip with House Made Pita Chips
  • Dominique’s Bistro will be serving Prime Rib Sliders and Mississippi Mud Pie
  • El Meson will be serving Turkey and Red Quinoa Soup with Butternut Squash and Kale
  • Figlio will be serving Brie and Pear Pizza and Crab and Corn Chowder Soup

  • La Piazza will be serving Cannelloni….fresh pasta rolled around a combination of meats, herbs, and cheeses. Baked and topped with tomato basil sauce. Mixed green salad tossed with our signature garlic basil house dressing will also be served.
  • Mack’s Tavern– will be serving Potato Thangz, which is planko crusted deep fried mashed potatoes and bacon with a BBQ or honey mustard dipping sauce.
  • Meadowlark will be serving Chocolate Ganache Tart with Smoked Caramel and Whip Cream
  • Nibble’s will be serving Rosemary Polenta Cake topped with Herbed Mushroom and Goat Cheese Ragu
  • Station House will be serving: Thai Chicken and Caesar Salad
  • Wheat Penny
