While we do have limited seating at our shop, Fresco’s dinners are designed for Carry-out to be enjoyed in the comfort of your home…or wherever you may land!   • Sunrise Bangers and Mash – Our house ground and spiced wagyu beef sausage simmered in beer gravy and served on a bed of mashed parsnips.
  • Hummus Plate – our house made organic hummus with carrots, broccoli, olives and our fresh house pita bread.

  • Japanese 5 sear Wagyu Sirloin with Shiitake-Miso Glaze – A thin 6oz cut of silky wagyu sirloin is given a Japanese five sear technique first dipped in spiced tamari, seared on a hot griddle dipped in sake, seared, dipped in vodka, seared, back in the tamari, seared and finished in a honey-ginger-rice vinegar glaze for the final sear served rare to medium rare with wasabi mashed potatoes and a sesame cucumber-pickled daikon slaw and finished with a shiitake-miso glaze. $25.13
  • Scallops with Butternut-Truffle Puree and Parsnip Risotto -Wild caught sea scallops are seared until opaque and tender nestled on our puree of local organic butternut squash infused with truffle oil and served with a creamy risotto with fragrant parsnips and herbs. Garnished with fried sage leaves. $30.13
  • (v)Citrus Chickpeas and Spiced Quinoa with Grilled Zucchini - Organic chickpeas are marinated in fresh squeezed lemon and olive oil then sautéed with garlic, spinach, organic quinoa, cumin and paprika then garnished with wedges of grilled zucchini. $20.13
