The “Real Chefs of the Miami Valley” is a brand new YouTube channel, dedicated to bringing you real-life, cutting-edge culinary-action from the kitchens of some of the finest restaurants in the Dayton area.  These installments of Real Chefs of the Miami Valley is brought to you by the Miami Valley Restaurant Association, Stella Artois, and Dayton Local.

Valentines First Course

Recipe: Naval Oranges & Castelventrano / Black Beldi olives, with a little mint, a drizzle of olive oil and a touch of maldon salt.

Braised Fish

Recipe: Spray olive oil, Massachusetts cod fish, 4 shrimp (North Carolina), salt & pepper, grape tomatos, jalapeno pepper, sprig of tyme, garlic, butter, white wine, 5 or 6 mussels or clams.  Bake for 10-12 min at 400 degrees.  Serve with simple Pasta: Melt butter, add salt & pepper, fresh spinach leaves, chickpeas.
